Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Brighton Beach Bach

Perfect little get away pad in Brighton. With a renovated bathroom and kitchen, this one bedroom crib is great for a couple. One bedroom with 2 king singles on the main level. A view of the ocean from the livingroom and deck and a 2 minute walk to the beach. It is an old weatherboard charmer, with quirks reflecting its age. Fully insulated and a cosy heatpump will keep the chill at bay on a stormy day. Please note that the fire place is not in use.

Panoramic water and mountain views from this lovely house in Macandrew Bay on the Otago Peninsula. New bathroom, kitchen, carpet, furnishings and plush beds. Just 10 minutes drive from Dunedin and 15 minutes to the CBD, you are close to the city but far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this lovely area. Macandrew Bay beach is a 5 minute walk away.
