My space is a modern contemporary apartment in San Pedro Del Pinatar. The apartment is an Easy 10 minute walk to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We have a balcony and roof terrace with electric remote control awning and tables, chairs and loungers. There is also a beautiful communal pool. We have big smart cable Tv with English and Spanish channels, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and everything else you might need during your stay

Beautiful fully equipped apartment for worry-free holidays, located in an enclosure including: children's playground, paddel court (like tennis), mini-golf and pool with water jet and jaccuzi. I would like to inform you that a rental agreement must be signed before staying at the property; this contract simply specifies the share of the rent between the furniture and accommodation but does not change the amount entered into on Rbnb and the other terms.
