In the heart of Touraine, located in one of the Most Beautiful Villages of France "Montrés", halfway between Loches and the Beauval Zoo (20mn), our cottage is an old 18th century barn made of cut stone. It has been rehabilitated into cosy housing while preserving its charm of yesteryear thanks to the exposed beams and wooden parquet on 2 levels . Magnificent view of the Castle and the Valley of the Indrois, certainly one of the most beautiful of the village, a sure love for this little treasure !

An independent and sustainable 3 * character cottage (solar energy), in a quiet environment in the heart of the vineyard of AOC Cheverny. 7 days booked = 1 bottle free. 20' from several castles in the Loire Valley: Chambord, Cheverny, Chaumont/Loire, Amboise, Blois and 35' from the Beauval Zoo. Possibility to store your bikes (road of the castles by bike). An electric terminal is available for your car: flat rate of €10 for charging. Beds made, towels provided, cleaning package 40€.

This place is in the most beautiful garden of France (castle of the Loire,muses,parks,cellars...) The barn has been made with traditional materials! Ground floor:entrance , living room,kitchen and dining area, bathroom. Upstairs:three bedrooms and bathrooms (sheets, bath towels, heating, cleaning are included in the price ),terrace and parking(3🚘) Have a nice stay!❣️

Ancient Stables****

In a former stable from the 19thcentury, a bucolic setting with a superb view of the pond of the Domaine , calm and tranquility will delight you. Close to the castles of the Loire you can go on foot to hike in the woods. You have available (to share with the other residents) a multi-sport field (tennis,basketball and handball)as well as a swimming pool , a petanque court and a ping pong table You can fish or enjoy the boat and pedal boat on the pond.

25 km north of Angers in the countryside, you will be charmed by this old barn completely renovated. With families or groups of friends, come and meet you. Close to the long-term forest and the banks of the Mayenne. The castles, parks and banks of the Loire are not far away. Parties are allowed within reason. It's a cottage not a nightclub or a rave party place. Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool from 2 days of rental.
