Refined and well-kept apartment directly on the lake. Apartment for two people.. The apartment has two floors. On the ground floor, as well as the living room, we find the direct exit on the public beach. Completely renovated with high standing accessories. Private parking included in the price. In 15 minutes you can reach Locarno and Ascona, 20 minutes Bellinzona. In 5 minutes walking we find bars, restaurants, public bathroom, tennis court.
