Cozy cottage in nice environment. Lake view from the cottage's terrace and garden. The entire plot belongs to the cottage and has a nice and undisturbed location. There you can play kubb, badminton or throw frisbee. Kolmården Zoo entrance is a 10-minute walk in one direction and in the other direction, you will come down to a swimming area with sun deck and jetty. For the hiker there are several fine hiking trails close by. 15 minutes away by bus or car is Krokek's community with train station, grocery stores, pharmacies and eateries.

In this charming and newly renovated house without close neighbors and with its large garden, you can fully enjoy nature. A nice walk or bike ride on nice forest roads leads to a sandy beach in Stora Sundsjön where also rowing boats are at your disposal.
