Truly a cozy & cool cabin in the pines! Bottom level has mud room, storage for ski's etc., bunk beds, fireplace w/insert, bedroom with king bed and a downstairs new bath. Upstairs has the living/dining, breakfast bar, wood burning stove, awesome kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king beds & new bath. Great deck overlooking forest & breathtaking panoramic views. THE PINES: hot tub, central A/C, near downtown

central A/C and heating! its clean, cozy, and family friendly. What more could you want? Well maybe a hot tub, fire place, and fire pit? (we have those) A tv in every room? we think you should have that too! Close to town? less than a mile away on a paved road no less. Swing on the porch, breathe in the mountain air and you will feel like new. For the mamas we've got you covered, pack n play, high chair, toys and games for the kids and plenty for the grown "kids" to do!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Midtown Ruidoso is a 5 minute walk. Midtown offers local shops, local wine tasting, local restaurants, and a tap room for the adults. After a 3 minute walk you can be in Wingfield park which offers a local farmers market in the summer, frisbee golf, and also hosts numerous festivals. Grindstone lake is a 5 minute drive, away.

We just Added a 6 person hot tub with amazing views in an enclosed and private backyard. Close to many restaurants and great backyard views. A/C units have been added. Guest must be 25 years old to rent. We do not allow pets.
