Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a recent house where owners Danièle and Ivan live, you will be seduced by its heavenly view, its calm, its ideal location close to a small beach, hold, restaurant and hiking trails. You will be close to the must-sees: Dinan 15 minutes away, St-Malo 20 minutes away, Dinard, Rothéneuf, Cancale, St-Suliac, Mont Saint-Michel and even Rennes 50 minutes away...

La Petite Escale

La Petite Escale is ideal for a couple with 1 or 2 young children. It is in a quiet village on the banks of the Rance. You can enjoy nearby hiking trails, Dinan la Médiévale, Dinard l 'Anglaise, St Malo la Corsaire and the many sandy beaches within a radius of some 15 kilometers. Linens and towels are not included but on request we can provide them for 10 euros for the bed and 10 euros for the sofa if necessary.
