LEGRENZI ROOMS is located in the heart of Mestre in the pedestrian area. In the immediate vicinity (30 meters) there is the M9 Museum, the multimedia and digital museum, in addition in the square there are various clubs such as bars for the aperitif, and restaurants burgers, fish and typical cuisine, 150 meters away there is a supermarket open 7 days a week and the bus stop for Venice is only 100 meters away. A few metres away there is an IMG multi-screen cinema and the Toniolo Theatre as well as the Candiani centre

Venetian-style quintuple room ensuite bathroom

I offer venetian-styled quintuple rooms with a private bathroom ensuite in the heart of Venice (7 minutes away from San Marco/Rialto bridge) in a typical guesthouse from 17th century. All rooms are on the upper floors and there is no elevator. The checkin takes place from 15 - 19 o'clock (from 19 to 21 o'clock at an extra fee, no checkin after 21 o'clock). The local city tax of 3€ pppn is not included in the room price. From April to end of September we offer a breakfast in our alley (8,00€ pp).

Nice and cosy double room in our boutique style hotel, with complimentary breakfast, kettle, Wi.Fi, safe, ensuite bathroom, A/C or heating, according to the season, SKY tv (cable). The hotel is placed 5 minutes far walking to S.Lucia train station and Piazzale Roma (bus station), just a few steps far from the Grand Canal. Reception service isn't always 24 hours, so we like to know your expected arrival time. City tax is not included in price (1.00€ per person per night to get paid cash only).

This b&b is in a wonderful location !! the price includes : nice and new double room with bathroom inside, free internet wi fi in the room, tv led, air conditioner, luggage storage, linen and towels, hair dryer, soap and shampoo, safe deposit box, fridge in the room. Double and Triple Room large and comfortable

The City Tax for the city of Venice is 2.50 euros per person per night during the high season or 1.25 euros per person per night during the low season. This tax will be added to the amount due for your stay in Venice and paid directly to the hotel. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Breakfast is excluded in the months of November, December, January February, March. Upon request, we can put a kettle in the room with some jam and rusks.
