Apparemment entièrement équipé avec parking à 100m de la mer. Idéal pour les retours sur l'île, le travail à distance ou bien même le tourisme. Capicité : 1 lit queen size, 2 lits une place un berceau , + 2 places dans le salon. La résidence dispose d'une boulangerie d'un service de poste et des petits commerces. Ce pied à terre au bord de mer dans le sud vous permettra de vous déplacer facilement dans les zone touristiques.
