Superb studio with direct access to the large beach, 3 minutes from the halls, the center, the ports and the famous Vendee Globe channel while being very quiet in a listed residence of the embankment. Premium furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, separate toilet, very classy bathroom, small cozy room with a 140 bed, a sofa convertible into a 90 bed in the living room for a child or a 3rd adult. This peaceful accommodation, in a great location, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a pleasant setting 200 m from the beach. Once your vehicle is parked in a private parking space, enjoy all the activities nearby: bike paths, beach, water activities, embankment, pedestrian street, thalassotherapy, golf, forest walks, tree climbing. Shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk from the house. For July and August , I prefer weekly rental.
