(Train station, shops and multiple activities) This accommodation has an equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and outdoor terrace on the ground floor. You also have a closed yard (ideal for putting bikes) Upstairs you have two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Bathroom and separate toilet.

Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. We will welcome you in a small house near the city center, this is our dependency and it has been totally renovated. Access is on the side of the house independently. We are located very close to the Place d 'Avesnières where you will find a multitude of shops. You will find free parking in front of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, hob, oven and as well as a Senseo coffee machine. You can also use a microwave.

Its basilica at the central point of the square will seduce you. This neighborhood very lively by its shops and towpath will allow you to take long walks along the Mayenne by bike or on foot and to reach the city center quickly.

It has a pleasant bright living room, a fully equipped functional kitchen as well as 3 bedrooms including 2 with a double bed and another under the attic with 2 single beds to accommodate the youngest. On sunny days, you can enjoy a terrace with a balcony with 2 sunbeds and a table and chairs.

Townhouse with land, for up to 7 beds, we rent our house for 6 months, we heat the house only with wood stove, wood is provided, it's up to you to load wood. There is no heater, and we will not put on an electric heater or other for troubleshooting during the stay. The wood burning stove is enough but just recharge as much as possible with wood.
