Spacious family-friendly villa apartment

Our unique architect-built 1960s villa incorporates a self-contained apartment on the ground floor, with two double bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. When we are not hosting, the lounge is our children's playroom so it has plenty of toys for ages 2 to 10, a TV and a space to eat meals. Patio doors open onto a sunset-facing terrace with views of the Jura mountains. Local buses to central Lausanne leave every 8 minutes and the autoroute is close by, with free parking on site.

This is our family house... it will be decorated for the holidays in festive Christmas decoration which you can enjoy while sipping hot chocolate by the chimney! On the main floor you have a double room, one kid room with single bed and a low 70x40 Montessori bed, one kid room with a low 70x40 Montessori bed. A baby bed is also available if needed (and all kind of baby stuff!). On the floor below you also have a room that can have a single or double bed.

The detached house is situated in a fantastic location directly on Lake Geneva. Behind it, the wine terraces of the Lavaux, the largest contiguous wine-growing area in Switzerland, extend. Between the house and the lake is a spacious garden with partially covered seating. From the garden, you can get directly to the lake via the boathouse and there via the in-house jetty into the crystal clear water.

2.5 rooms with garden, hammock and trampoline

This home with a garden and pool is a 5-minute walk from the subway and Aquatis. It allows you to be in town while enjoying the tranquility and greenery. At the exit of the Vennes motorway, it is easy to access and has a parking space. Sauvabelin, its forest and pond are a 5-minute drive away. Perfect for a family of up to 3 children.
