It's a bright spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom 1300 sq ft main floor of our house . We're a two minute walk to the ocean to launch a kayak or just picnicking . Or a 5 min walk to the James island wharf to drop a crab trap for dinner . There's ample parking for two guest vehicles . Jen and I love looking after the yard and gardens . We live in the suite below with our own entrance at the back . Your back patio with bbq overlooks the gardens and fruit trees . We're pretty sure you'll like it .😊

Centre, and a 20 minute walk to the beach. We are 5 min from Mt Doug - a great location for hiking. Our neighbourhood is noted for its' quietness and privacy. This is a good central location - 25 minute drive to Butchart Gardens and 25 minute drive to downtown Victoria. Backyard features a trampoline!

Hello! We are located in Westcoast Sooke, British Columbia. Gateway to storm watching, surfing, beach exploring, hiking, biking, camping, relaxing to the sound of waves. Our place is close to the town of Sooke yet surrounded by farms, close to beaches, located on a peaceful, forested 2 acres. We will be on hand if our guests need directions to one of Sooke's brewpubs, hiking trails, how to find a secret beach or which local lake is prime for swimming. We have a check-in time of 4-8 p.m.
