This apartment overlooks a pool and spa (spa is undergoing repairs - pool is open for use) which leads out onto seven acres of fenced in ranch property. Residents include one pet pig, two friendly goats, and six majestic horses who like to boss us around. Located in a small rural horse community in the Angeles National Forest foothills, and only 45 minutes from downtown Hollywood.

Visitors are allowed but extra guest overstaying must be informed to the host. We’re about 3 miles from convenient stores (i.e. Markets, retail stores, restaurants, cafes and the mall). Our home welcomes your pet, up to 2 max and they must be potty trained and you must pick up after your pet.

Gorgeous Pool home. It has a large RV parking plus you can park 2 more cars on driveway and it has a 2 car garage parking. Washer and Dryer onsite. Shopping centers and parks near by within 2-3 miles. Quite neighborhood and nice friendly neighbors. Backyard under remodeled, some backyard amenities might be off limits but house is fully available entire house. No parties allowed.
