You'll like the old villa with a garden. It is quietly located in the Connewitz district, the recreational area of the Leipzig people 100 years ago. The renovated caretaker's apartment is located in the basement. You can quickly reach the center or the riverside forest with wildlife park, Markleeberger and Cospudener See. Tram lines 9 and 11 as well as the Connewitz S-Bahn with direct connections to the city centre, the train station and the airport are a five-minute walk from the property.

The 120 sqm holiday home is idyllically located on a farm near the Saale. It has 2 floors, each with a sleeping and living area (play area for our little guests), as well as a spacious bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find a sauna in our bathroom which is exclusively available to you. On the ground floor, a farm kitchen invites you to cook. The yard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax. Barbecue and fireplace are provided.

Beautiful single-family house for peace seekers, in need of light, architecture-loving and playful families, vacationers and work-A holics. The house is located on the southern outskirts of Leipzig, about 15 minutes from the city center, directly adjacent to Leipzig's Neuseenland in a quiet settlement, located directly on the edge of the field. A wonderful starting point for holidays or exploring in and around Leipzig/West Saxony.

Relax after a long day of work or excursions in the spacious living room, garden or even in the sauna! A study for work stays is available. The bedroom as well as a children's room and a spacious bathroom are upstairs, a guest toilet on the ground floor. The accommodation is also excellently suited for longer stays due to the equipped kitchen as well as an existing washing machine and dryer.
