Beautiful! Newly remodeled! If you are interested in a 30-day stay or longer please message me for possible extended stay opportunities. Quiet, peaceful & relaxing There is a walking trail right across the street that leads to the lake. We have 2 paddle boards, and 1 kayak to use for your enjoyment. ( Must sign waiver) Room to park your boat ... however no fish cleaning in the house (fish are not edible anyway) and please leave fishing boots and gear outside and all shoes at the door entry.

Amazing sunsets, award wining wine tasting, hiking and the best bass fishing! 2 welcoming homes on the property to sleep a total of 14. 2 secured fenced in acres, private boat ramp, new pier and parking on private dock. Kayaks and Canoe for our guests to explore the quiet cove. Due to negative experiences we will not rent our home to those without reviews; policy agreement with our neighbors and the sheriffs department. Thank you for understanding.

There is no finer place to stay in Lake County than this lakeside gated winery estate of Jim Fetzer at the the former CEAGO Vinegarden property. The Studio Casitas are the ultimate in pride-of-ownership vacation rentals in the area. One large, open studio with King bed, kitchenette, bathroom and gas fireplace.
