Dolphins visible 20’ from patio of corner front unit, only 1 with Atlantic views in all directions. The entire complex has been repaved hotel style, with new patio furniture around the two Olympic pools, one of which is heated in the winter. We have brand new staircases on each side of the sunbathing deck so you literally pop out of our unit and you are a few steps to the stairs to the beach. As good as it gets! Lakefront - with a pool!

This 2/1 house sits directly on a large private beach with a massive enclosed pool area including an outdoor kitchen, smart TV and lots of space to relax. This is our family vacation home, so everything is there to ensure an amazing stay. A new two story dock offers spots to moor a boat or jet skis, and lots of sun and fun space: paddle boards, fire pit, picnic table, etc. A separate cottage is just behind it. Pet friendly villa close to the water. Boat slip available. Gorgeous sunsets! Dolphins and manatees visit sometimes. 2 bdrm 2 bath split floor plan. New kitchen and baths. Laundry room w washer and dryer. Wonderful outdoor area with wrap around deck and patio. Great corner unit. Dogs allowed with approval & fee. Very peaceful neighborhood, minutes to beach and downtown. Kayak available. Right near Marine Discovery Center. Beautiful spot! A little slice of heaven. Monthly rental.

Modern Great Villa near Disney & Parks

This place is 5 up to 20 minutes to all of orlando's amusement and water parks!. One of the best units in this resort, just book and see for yourself. An excellent unit with great reviews. There is an awsome pool and jacuzzi onsite (Please note, sometimes the jacuzzi breaks down and may not work during your stay). high speed wifi. easy smooth self checkin with a private keypad code that is being replaced between each new guest, walking distance to many shops and plazas, free parking.

Neighborhood Pool, WIFI, Free Parking, Backyard View Excellent location, 2 bed 2 bath open floor plan home that borders a nature preserve looking out the lanai in the Village of Palo Alto. Walking distance to Spanish Springs and close to Lake Sumter Landing. Enjoy area amenities including pools, golf courses, tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard and live entertainment every night of the week in three different locations. I do not live there. Prices include golf cart!
