The reviews speak for itself- Sunset Manor is one of the top vacation rentals in Belmar. Built in 2018, this beautiful home is across from the beachfront park along Shark River. Waterfront views from the front porch & one of the best sunsets at the Shore! Walk out your door to the Belmar Marina area, which hosts mini golf, fishing charter boats, kayak/paddleboard rentals & waterside dining. The backyard has a patio, grill, outdoor shower, and large driveway with plenty of parking (rare for Belmar!). In addition to the wraparound covered porch facing the water, the home's best feature is the very large open floor plan which combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs and another room on the first floor which can also be used as a bedroom. Close to Main Street, Belmar train station, Garden State Parkway, and Asbury Park. The home also includes our infamous giant-sized adirondack chair!
