A summer spot on the idyllic island of Klädesholmen. The house is absolutely perfect for the small family. On the island there are two restaurants - The fridge and Salt & Sill. A small grocery store is available on the island that is open 24 hours a day. Living area of 30 sqm with only one sofa bed, 140 cm wide with two single duvets (extra single air mattress available). Fully tiled bathroom. Kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, pantry, stove, microwave, grill, kettle, coffee maker. Two small patios are next to the house. The rent includes water and electricity.

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

Med havet i blickfånget ligger gästhuset som byggdes 2021 på en del av vår tomt. Det finns sovplatser för fyra personer, två i sovrum med dubbelsäng och två på loftet i enkelsängar. Till gästhuset hör en egen vindskyddad uteplats. Här har alla årstider sin tjusning. Det är 200 m till klippor med badstege. En dryg km bort finns kommunal badplats med bryggor. Det finns goda möjligheter till promenader/vandringar och utflykter på Tjörn. Härön skyddar mot vindarna från det öppna havet i väster.

Welcome to a home out of the ordinary. We have just finished building our amazing guest house at the beautiful island Tjörn in Bohuslän. The house is located 500 from the sea with a steep hill down to a swimming area with beach and cliffs. It is close to Rönnäng and ferry to Åstol and Dyrön. At Klädesholmen there is a cozy restaurant Salt and herring. It is 15 minutes by car to Skärhamn and among other things the Nordic Watercolor Museum. Plenty of hiking trails and other activities.
