Dům pochazí z roku 1937, proběhlo několik vylepšení a úprav, jako např. nová fasáda, nová okna, celková rekonstrukce apartmánu-nová koupelna, nové podlahy a mnoho dalšího. Náš apartmán se nachází na horách v Krkonoších, ve městě Žacléř. Ubytování je vhodné především pro velké rodiny a party přátel. Vejde se k nám až 12 osob. V apartmánu se nachází místnost kinosálu, s parádně nadupanou repro soustavou, herní konzolí Xbox a velkým prostorným gaučem. Součástí apartmánu je i vinný sklípek, který je plně vybaven kvalitním vínem z českého vinařství, ale ani pivaři tu nepřijdou zkrátka. Plně vybavená kuchyň se pyšní zabudovanou pípou v lince a na terase najdete vířivku.
