najpoželjnija lokacija u splitu za vaš boravak !! stan površine 107 m2 nalazi se na prvom katu seceskijske zgrade prvi red do mora i marine.stan je u potpunosti renoviran od 2021 do 2024 poštujući izvornik te je kao takav prepun umjetnina antikviteta!! nisam kao svi ostali uređivao stan da bude moderan nego naprotiv;godinama sam kupovao antikni namještaj i stan uređivao kako bi se moji gosti osjećali ugodno!! vjerujem da će te biti jako zadovoljni,te ću nastojati sve vaše zahtjeve ispuniti!!
