Nice vacation home by the sea

Welcome to our completely renovated holiday home. The holiday home is located behind our private house. The house is suitable for two people. You have your own entrance and behind the house you have a spacious green private garden at your disposal with a sunny terrace. the house is 500 meters from the beach and 300 meters from the supermarket and the cozy village square. On the village square you can find bike rental, bakery, drugstore, ice cream parlour and restaurants. On the beach 6 pavilions.

A cozy vacation home perfectly located near the beach (200 m), the dunes (25 m) and the cozy center of Egmond aan Zee (300 m). The house is attractively furnished for up to 2 adults and 2 children. From the sunny terrace, you enter the living room living room through a spacious hallway. From the living there is access to the bathroom and luxury kitchen. "Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. ‘T Kaaps Huussie Endless Peace and Space.

Our decent house right next to the Waddendijk will be available for rent from April 2019. The huge garden is surrounded by a ditch. On the other side are the sheep. At the rear of the property are fruit trees. From there, it is wonderful to stare at the birds in the adjacent nature reserve. At night it is dark outside and at best a clear starry sky shines. Inside, the house is spacious, comfortable and also very cozy. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 2 bathrooms.

Peace & quiet on the equestrian center

This luxurious villa is located in the grounds of Horse Riding Noot, a 15-minute walk from the beach. The villa has all the comforts and has a spacious garden in which you can enjoy the fresh sea air. The villa is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible in terms of (noise)nuisance, but we do work to look after our horses. Our chalet is located on the edge of the lively dune village of De Koog. A chalet is a modern "mobile home", not a cottage. There is room for up to 4 people. A small but complete holiday home. Hoenderdaell Zoo, Robbenoordbos, Amstelmeer, Museums in Den Helder, Terraces in Den Helder and Schagen, Texel ferry service, Noordkop Gliding Center, Shopping in Den Helder, Schagen, Alkmaar or Hoorn (half hour). Amsterdam can also be reached within 1 hour hours. If you want to leave the car, we have bikes that can be used.

Het IJsbeerhuis is een beregezellig en kindvriendelijk huisje, gelegen onderaan de IJsdijk. Steek de Waddenzeedijk over en je staat in de levendige haven van Oudeschild. Hier kan je een visje eten, een tocht maken op een garnalenkotter en varen naar zandbanken waar zeehonden leven. Het is een rustige buurt , Strand en centrum met diverse supermarkets zijn allemaal op loopafstand. Treinstation is slechts 5 minuten lopen, trein verbinding naar Haarlem en Amsterdam zijn rechtstreeks. Toeristen belasting is €3,30 per persoon per dag. Since 2022 no free parking in Zandvoort anymore, all Zandvoort (Government of Zandvoort) .
