Large new and modern basement apartment by the sea

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this place. Lovely hiking areas available without the use of transport. If you are going to visit Preikestolen you can drive your own car, 8-10 min, to the parking lot and start of the trip. If you prefer public transport, there is a bus 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Great swimming opportunities both in the sea and river minutes walk from the apartment. Sand volleyball courts and sea trampoline as well as pub and restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Cozy apartment in a traditional wooden house

- A home away from home - Staying in someones home feels more exclusive and different than staying in a hotel. You get to see some of the culture and way of living by staying in a place where personal items are surrounding you. That opens up for mutual respect for other people's things. My home is an apartment in a house from 1960. It's part of North Europe largest village of wood houses. Even though the city life is just outside the door, the street is surprisingly quiet. Apartment located on the ground floor of newer residence with a view to the large sea. Best suited for 2 people. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio . There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight to the sea. The apartment is completely secluded with the sea, the recreation area and the sea bath as the nearest neighbor. Tananger is about 10 km from Sola airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.

You'll love my place because of its location, accessibility and quietness. Good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families. We have a fully functional kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. We have beds for up to 8 persons. It is possible to add extra mattresses if needed for even more people. Leiligheten er tilbaketrukket i en rolig blindgate. Samtidig er Stavanger sentrum i umiddelbar nærhet. Det er kort vei til kjøpesenter, restauranter og hippe Stavanger Øst med alt det har å by på. Skal du med båt til Tau, for eksempel i forbindelse med Preikestolen, er kaien (Fiskeprien) 8 minutt til fots unna.
