It can be a base to visit Rome, Naples; sea areas such as Sperlonga, Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina; the Abruzzo National Park; the abbeys of Montecassino, Casamari, Fossanova; historic villages. The farmhouse was built in 1860 and legend has it that unexpected lucky events were made for those who stay there.

The gulf of Gaeta is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. The house is well illuminated and comfortable, with classy finishes. Is also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
