Only minutes from Watkins Glen, Seneca Lake, and a multitude of wineries, breweries, and distilleries, and a multitude of waterfall and hiking trails.

A great walking and biking area with easy access to the City Pier and great sunsets from the front porch or sunrises from the back deck! FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

Private Glamping Yurt Site 2

Experience secluded glamping with luxury and amenities, hotel in the woods, but so much better.  Take a Hot shower under the stars or in the sunlight. Come relax, hear the sounds of nature. You can even take a tour of our farm or hike around our property. You might even be able to feed or pet a cow. It's all  located on our 460 acre farm. Running water toilet and hot shower are yours, and not shared by anyone else. Our tent is within 10 minutes of Salt Springs State park.

Approx 1.2 miles from Watkins Glen, lake, wineries, The State Park, restaurants and Approx a 10 min. drive to the Racetrack. Featuring a private fire pit. 4 RV's in total on permanent spots. Pots, pans, dishes, etc… this is camping there will be bugs!

With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days. This property sleeps up to 6 guest, has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a large day room that can act as a 3rd.
