Welcome to my listing, Sea Oyabun! I'm Shou, the owner. What kind of accommodation is this place? I'm not vocabulary, so I'll quote reviews from guests. Honestly, a great private lodging in a hidden gem that I don't want to recommend to others. Best location A lovely renovated old house with the smell of the sea and a very cool breeze blowing through each room and living room. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. Supermarket, 2 minutes. Sea leisure fully accommodated When you return from the sea, 1. Wash tents and cooler boxes in the parking lot showers. 2.You can wash your whole body with outdoor clean hot water shower.Equipped with shampoo, body soap and conditioner. 3. If you wash and hang your swimsuit, it will dry the next morning. The water pressure, the cleanliness, and the design of the flow line is perfect. Killer content "Shichiri" BBQ If you prepare ingredients, you can enjoy BBQing in the large garden. While burning with the scent and heat of charcoal, you can look up at the cool tide scent and the smell of grass at dusk.We enjoyed the best seafood BBQ while pouring whiskey soda into the throat. Definitely recommended.

An old house where you can stay like you live I renovated an old house that is built 70 years ago This property is limited to one group per day. On weekdays, it can also be used as a workcation facility for a good deal. It is located a 5-minute walk from Naniwa Station on the JR Sotobo Line, but surrounded by calm nature. Here, we offer a wonderful accommodation experience with a renovated old Japanese house. The rooms are old but comfortable and cozy, and you can taste the good old Japanese atmosphere. Surfing is also close to Ojuku and Ichinomiya in the outhouse area. Surfing is bustling all year round.There are also many golf courses. We are showing the price for 4 guests per night. There is a plus cleaning fee and booking fee, so we recommend booking with family and friends.(Up to 9 people)　 * Please consult in advance by message for more than the number of people. The property is about 120 m ², including earthen space. Rest assured, all around the water is new.Some walls are naturally made of diatomaceous earth for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the covered barbecue facility without depending on the weather.

Nice to meet you!This house is a renovation of my grandfather's villa.Right in front of the sea, enjoy! Locations are the best! Beautiful beach in front of you!There is a town swimming pool right next door.It is OK to expand the vinyl pool in the garden and parking lot!(I did that when I was little!) 10 minutes walk from the station.Both supermarkets and convenience stores are conveniently located a 7-minute walk away. BBQ Grills, tables and chairs are available free of charge.Please provide charcoal, nets, ingredients, and seasonings.BBQ is available until 20:00.Please be considerate of the neighbors. Large screen I installed a 100 inch screen.It also serves as a TV.You can watch Hikari TV and Amazon Prime Video.If you connect the game with HDMI, you can do it with a big screen. Either way, it's on loan! It is a private accommodation, so please enjoy it relaxingly.Because we have renovated a villa before the war, there may be some inconveniences (such as insects and sand).Also, it is not suitable for those who want to have a big noise or party with a large number of people.Thank you for your understanding.
