Our house is in Arnavutköy. If you want peace in the city you're in the right place, 5 minutes walk to the beach and the center, close to all popular attractions. Bars, cafeteria, restaurants etc.15 minutes to walk to the baby. A perfect apartment suitable for couples. A place with unique nature and scenery where you can wake up with the sounds of a bird, away from the horns of traffic.80 m2.1 bedroom,1 living room, kitchen and bathroom. It is located on Bağdat Street (the world's 4th shopping street) very close to Caddebostan beach and park. You will enjoy your stay in our tastefully and modernly designed house. You can meet all your needs with the location of our house. It is within walking distance to the beach, shopping, transportation and restaurants. Our house was built in 2022 and is fully furnished and new. There is air conditioning in 3 rooms and the living room. Since the building is new, other flats can be renovated.
