This is a quiet and peaceful home, just 5 minutes from Porirua, and 18mins to Wellington CBD, perfect for anyone needing to be close to Porirua. It is really ideal for workers needing a base while in town, family catch ups, or a pit stop on your way through Wellington to the ferry/airport. Open plan kitchen and lounge area look out into the bush reserve. The lounge has two sets of doors opening up onto decks, so you can enjoy the sunshine, or on cold days keep warm by the cosy log fire.

We’ve found it works well for families as well as adults. However, many budget savvy adult groups love it as they are happy in a smaller space.
