En-рус. One of the best locations: just in the center of the big turistic area but also is a very close to the beach. A studio is about 40 m2, a big balcony faces iside yard (it's very quiet in the night). The flat has everything you need for comfortable rest and the area has various restaurants and attractions including small harbour with boats and yachts for rent. The famous bulgarian medical "mud and salt" palces very close to Sarafovo. Прекрасное сочетание инфраструктуры города и пляжа.

My appartment is in a great location with close proximity to the city center and less than 15 minute walk to the beach. The appartment has been fully furnished recently and prospective tenants will be one of the first to stay and enjoy the great ambience. Although not in the pictures, the appartment comes with clean bed linen, duvet and pillows. A fresh pair of hand and bath towels as well as soap. I am looking foward to welcoming you in my flat.

Splandid apartment by the sea

Comfortable and quiet accommodation for a family or company. 5 minutes to the Kavatsite beach,5 minutes to Lidl store, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great pool for kids and adults. Free parking for guests. Playground. Polite and tidy neighbors.There is everything for a comfortable stay:dishes, appliances, furniture. Everything is new and modern.
