Yeu Island Seasonal Rental

Recent house (2023) fully equipped with 50m2 with independent enclosed garden of approx. 40m2. The accommodation is only 5 min by bike from SAINT SAUVEUR where there is a market open every day during July and August and only 12 min by bike from PORT JOINVILLE. It is located in a quiet and peaceful location off-center from the road and close to very beautiful beaches such as THE SOUX and the OLD ONES. House 3*, 60 m², for 4 people, quiet. Ferry station 10 min away, beach 120 m away. 110m² plot, patio in the front, garden not overlooked in the back. Large kitchen and living room opening to south facing garden, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, SDD, workspace, free WiFi. Medium ping pong table. Self check-in. !!! A house is under construction on the adjoining property but construction is stopped during the month of August and holidays.

Ce logement paisible, idéalement situé à 12min à pied de la gare maritime et à 100m de la plage de ker Chalon offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille.
