Guests especially like being able to do laundry.

The downstairs is also an Airbnb and is completely separate with a private entrance. Centrally located, it is easy walking distance to lakes, trails, universities, and hospitals! 10 minutes to downtown and shopping malls! Note: this space does not have a washer/dryer. I have other properties that do.
