The living area includes a huge double bed and a fully furnished, modern kitchen with dinnerware, utensils, coffee maker. It is directly connected to the wooden paved terrace, from which we can almost touch the canopy of the walnut trees standing next to us. It can be requested from hosts after an abundant morning arrangement.

The room has a separate entrance, lockable, and opens from the common terrace. The guest house has a large garden with barn, garden pond, fireplace. The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.
