This romantic villa in country house style in the middle of the Eifel lies detached in a wonderful garden of 4500 m² with an age-old tree population. The cottage offers on over 200 m² ample space for large families or small groups up to max 12 people. On 2 floors there are 1 kitchens, 2 living rooms, dining room, 2 bathrooms, a toilet and 5 bedrooms. A small wellness area with sauna and another bathroom are located in the basement. A dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are all present.

Peace and space in nature 1 - For young and old

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. Dreamholiday house for 20 + people

Beautiful detached house (approx. 220 sqm Wfl.) located at the victory. There are plenty of sleeping facilities as well as bathrooms, parking, balcony and a large garden . There is also a hot tub to relax in. Wi-Fi is also available. The house is very rural, but you can reach the train station in a few minutes and so you can also travel to larger cities or to the nearest one to shop. The house offers enough space for several people or families. Non-smoking house!

Upstairs you will find the stylish studio as a living-dining room with fireplace as well as the open kitchen with gas stove and a balcony.

Our Landhaus Karbach is a high-quality renovated old mansion with two separate residential units. Our hunting villa can accommodate six people and in our forest cottage there is room for four people. The use of selected materials and tasteful inventory give the house its extraordinary character. Landhaus Karbach is in a complete secluded location, surrounded by forest and fields. A sauna and the large terrace with seating invites you to relax.
