New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Fantastic house with sea view 200m from the beach.

A lovely holiday home with sea view and only 200 meters to the beach. The house is furnished as we wish to have a summer house. Here you immediately feel at home and can have a peaceful and relaxing stay. The house has a bright and lovely living room with access to the terrace and lawn. The kitchen is well-equipped. There is a large bathroom with shower, whirlpool and sauna, and a smaller with shower. The house is big enough for two families. Look forward to a relaxing stay in great nature!

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Small cozy charming and authentic cottage from the 30s. 200 m to the beach, good hiking and cycling opportunities in the nearby area, public transport right to the door, lovely garden with many pretzel nooks, barbecue, fire, hammocks. The house is not modernized and is original and charming. Among other things, the toilet is located outside the house in the shed and bath takes place as a floor sink or with outdoor shower. Lovely bright cottage of 80m2. Located 70 m from the water. With access to, shared private beach land, with bathing bridge. Large south-facing wooden terrace in nice enclosed garden, on 800m2 of land. 10 minutes to Køge. And 45 minutes to Copenhagen. 15 minutes to Stevens klint. The house is not rented to families with children under 8 years.
