Belle grande maison familiale d'architecte sur sous-sol dans un quartier prisé et recherché. Pavillon spacieux, confortable, cosy et chaleureux avec ses 3/4 chambres située à 300 m de Saint-Dizier. La maison fonctionnelle avec tout son confort convient aussi bien à des familles que des voyageurs en déplacement. La maison est proche du Val d'Ornel avec ses 2 salles de sport et ses commerces (Carrefour, Mac Do etc...) La plage "les Sources du Lac" est à 16 km du gîte (20 mn en voiture).
