The apartment can be reached by an elevator(no shabbat elevator) and has his own entrance. The penthouse has a private rooftop terrace (10m2) with sun and sea view. The bathroom has a rain shower. The walking distance to the beach is 5 minutes and 10 minutes from the kikar ha'atsmaut. Supermarkets, bus station and mall are within walking distance.

'Keep it Simple' apt in the center

We are back September 15 Old style Israeli apt with high ceiling, located in the center, in a quite area. lots of space, light and air GREEN sournding smart tv, Netflix, fast internet 600m HOT SHOWER ALL THE TIME few public beaches and one wild are in walking distance. very good spot to surfers and people who like to be close to the beach. there is no elevator, 40 stairs to climb NO EXTRA CHARGE cleang etc... israeli citizens need to add vat please do read the whole listing
