Enjoy the quiet nights in the comfortable 1.80 m double bed and wake up in the morning with birdsong. There are 3 rooms (eating/sleeping, small children's bedroom, bathroom with open shower) The house is well insulated and heatable, therefore highly recommended for winter.

5min to the motorway, only 20km to Chemnitz, 60km to Leipzig, 90km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, peace and the relaxing murmur of the water.
