Beautiful house with 9 beds next to beautiful Skedvisjön. Suitable for both one or two families. Here you can have dinner on a large terrace with a lake view after swimming or walking in the forest. Why not end the day with a sauna bath? With us you will have a quiet stay among the forest and lake in Västra Skedvi, Västmanland. The house is kid-friendly with trampoline and rocking position. Large play areas next to the lake with its own swimming area without crossing any road. From the terrace you have a view of the bathing jetty. Welcome!

A New England inspired seaside house built in 2020 located with a large deck in a brilliant south facing position. Offering the best of Swedish nature and sea only 50 minutes from Stockholm C. Between the trees the sea sparkles and it takes only a few minutes to walk down to the water where you will find sandy beach with swimming jetty, playground, swings and barbecue area. You will find the hot jacuzzi in the large terrace for those a little colder days or those who fear the sea's cool. It takes about 5 minutes into Trosa city center by car.

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Luxury cottage, wood-fired sauna, close to nature, electric car cable

Luxury renovated cottage with sauna (wood included), wood stove, washing machine, fridge and freezer, crystal chandelier etc. Well-equipped kitchen! Quiet location - see photots! Fiber - fast wifi, boat, fishing, 2 bicycles. We want guests to roughly clean - i.e. do the dishes, empty garbage and sweep up rubbish. Check out 11.00 and check in after 3pm. If it is not booked, you can for a small fee (300 SEK) come earlier in the day - and check out later. Pets are welcome - but not in the bedrooms (carpet).

Only one hour’s drive by car from Stockholm (35 min from Stockholm Skavsta Airport) you find this calm and relaxing place where peace of nature is easy to find. Perched on a small hillside where the wind rarely blows this house offers a serene getaway. Go for a swim at the lake just a few hundred meters away or just relax on the spacious deck. The place is equally beautiful in winter when you can curl up with a book by the fire or connect with nature from the veranda.
