After living abroad, I found the neighborhood I wanted to live in for a long time and built this house. I live on the 3rd and 4th floors in a four-story building, and the accommodation is located on the second floor. In the morning and evening, it's generally quiet and calm. There are colorful scenery and facilities within walking distance to the north, south, east, and west. You can have your own time quietly or enjoy the new look of the city to your heart's content. The accommodation is well-lit and bright. In the morning, you can wake up to the sound of dong and birds, and fall asleep to the sound of evening. I like it, I have furniture that I'm using too. We wanted to arrange Korean and foreign brands in harmony. Beds and bedding have been prepared with more care than anything else. You may feel uncomfortable because the host lives there, but I hope you always feel comfortable thinking that there is someone in the managed building, accommodation, and someone who can help you at any time. We are trying to fill our home with love, tranquility and beauty.

You can also enjoy great Hyochang Park and Gyongui line forest way. There is also the Yongmoon traditional market near the subway station, you can walk to Yeoljeong-do (good restaurants at old factory buildings) Very convenient location, just 20meter at home we have 24hours CVS store, coffee shops (mtl,etc)and a good bakery (ours blanc)

A small cozy studio in HBC. Perfect for a long stay! It is perfectly designed for one person staying, but it can accommodate two people if needed. (Extra bedding is ready for the second guest if you let me know in advance.) A rooftop gives an amazing view of the town during the day and the night. HBC offers many great restaurants and bars.
