The Space:
The Homestead sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably, with generous indoor and outdoor areas that make hosting effortless.

There is plenty of space for bridal prep, group stays and long, slow mornings together.
Please note there are 2 sets of stairs which makes the space difficult for wheelchair or users needing accessible areas.

Located in the peaceful Waimapu / Oropi valley area:
15 minutes to Tauranga.
Guest access
You will have exclusive use of The Homestead during your stay.
We are based on the property (out of sight) if needed — otherwise, we leave you to enjoy your time and privacy.
Other things to note
Horse trekking and farm tours including a trip to our private waterfall are available for an additional cost. Check out Waimapu Mill Station online.
We do have a $300 cleaning and laundry fee that covers our lovely local cleaning lady and the off-site cleaning of our laundry.
This property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible, there are 2 sets of stairs and the bathrooms are not accessible friendly.
