Ideal for two, it’s perfect for couples seeking a getaway, but can sleep up to four guests with an additional floor mattress.

The bathroom and kitchenette are in a separate detached space.

There is no WiFi and limited reception, inviting you to switch off and embrace the serenity away from everyday life.

Oakura village is just 3 minutes away, offering a Four Square, butcher, fish and chip shop, pub, and several cafés and restaurants. New Plymouth is a 20-minute drive.

Guests have exclusive access to the property and surrounding areas, offering a true retreat experience and the chance to slow down and rest.

You’re welcome to stroll down the main shared driveway and out onto the road, however please be mindful that there are private residences located off the main driveway.

We kindly ask that you respect all private property and remain within designated areas during your stay.

This property is situated off a shared driveway. So, while mostly private, you may see the occasional car or person going past.

Please respect the Neighbours and the peacefulness by keeping loud noise to a minimum.

There is no wifi, no TV and not a lot of cell phone reception at the Kabana.

We are off the grid and rely on solar power, please be mindful of this if bringing any electronics.

Cooking is via the outdoor BBQ or a single gas burner inside on which you can use a frying pan, pot, kettle and camp toaster.
