Den Strand erreicht Ihr mit dem Kfz. oder mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten.

It is a fantastic Swedish house-style villa on a 5,000 sqm sunny and secluded property. The house has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, 2 full bathrooms and a sauna with plunge pool. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen-living room with open access to the bright and spacious living room. Both from the kitchen and from the living room there are several doors into the garden. Upstairs there are 3 spacious and lovingly furnished bedrooms.

The house "Sonneneck" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden holiday houses with a shared sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. The house offers 4 guests feel-good space with approx. 60 m² (+max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towels service extra.

The property is located in a new building that stands on our property. The newly furnished 2 room non-smoking apartment can be reached by a few steps. You will find a modern and fully equipped kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment. A coffee pad machine is also provided. In the living area there is a sofa bed , the lying area is 140x200 cm.
