Welcome to our house, which was built in 1896, and renovated by our artist family in the 1980s. It's an old fashioned airbnb - we live here, and you're like our downstairs tenants for the time you're here. We'll leave you alone unless you need us. If you're going to the Eastern for a concert, we're a great place to stay. You can walk there from here. Close to beltline, highway, buses and subway, shopping, restaurants, parks, downtown. Good for walkers and bikers. Come stay at our house!

Large covered porch on back (that receives lots of great guest feedback) for watching sunrise or lazying around watching friends and family on the dock as well as fishers/skiers/tubers/jet skiers come by! Bring your boat and your folks can watch you out there as well!

Hardwood floors or sisal floors and tiled bathrooms with very large private bedrooms accommodating up to 8 people. Large windows looking out over the downtown cityscape with restaurants, shopping, a gym and lovely parks within walking distance. Be aware that there are stairs to get to living area. Best for adults and older children.

My 1907 home is located in downtown Newnan, Ga. It is walking distance to museums, parks, restaurants, banking, retail, and so much more. The home is great for groups. My home is 25 minutes from Atlanta Airport. As hotel operators, we spared no expense on luxury! Although we have monthly pest control because of its age, you may see a few spiders and occasional bugs, but rest assured, we will send Orkin immediately.
