Comfy Corner

Get comfortable and enjoy this private entrance spacious unit with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. We have an 18 hole public golf course and restaurant. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s. Lovely studio condo at marina in Fairfield Harbour

Quaint modern fully equipped remodeled studio with dining area, small kitchen with full-size fridge, coffeemaker, dining area, washer/dryer combo, well thought out storage spaces, highspeed internet, 40- inch tv, full-size bed that offers privacy blinds, private enclosed patio overlooking the well-manicured grounds and tennis court. The unit also comes with up to four passes to the recreation center. Studio is 330 square feet and deck is 150 square feet. Great space for couple.
