Vi informiamo che sono in corso i lavori di rifacimento della facciata del palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento, questo significa che il balcone non sarà utilizzabile e fuori dalle finestre vi sono delle impalcature e di giorno, degli operai al lavoro. In considerazione del disagio che questa situazione comporta abbiamo ridotto il costo giornaliero della prenotazione.
