Beautiful house/loft with jacuzzi.

Ideally located in a quiet area and all shops and transport at the foot of the house. An industrial building completely renovated in 2016 with taste and love. 15 minutes drive from the airport and the train station, 12/15 minutes from the city center and the island of Nantes (the machines of the island etc) by transport (free on weekends!!!). You will enjoy the roof top terrace (barbecue and laziness) as well as the Jacuzzi (5/6 people). Linens and towels will be provided for light travel. Come!!!
