Arrive and feel at home! Our cottage in organic solid wood house quality is located in the small idyllic village of Abtsdorf. Within a 20-minute walk you can reach the lake promenade of Lake Attersee with numerous restaurants, coffee shops, boat rentals, pier of the Attersee boat trip and the bathing places. Thanks to its location, this house is ideal for both hikers and golfers (the Attersee golf course is 500 m away). Also for sailors, hikers and excursions. Children's playground at 100 m.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Cosy, newly built house in a quiet location for 2 - 6 people with beautiful views of the mountains of the Salzkammergut in the immediate vicinity of Lake Hallstatt. Ideally located, central starting point for all activities in the heart of the World Heritage region Hallstatt - Dachstein/ Salzkammergut. World-famous places and sights such as Hallstatt, the imperial city of Bad Ischl, St. Wolfgang, as well as the Ausseerland can be reached by car in about 15 minutes.

Villa Lakeview Grundlsee

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.

On 250 square meters of living space you have space for yourself and your loved ones, enough retreats and behind the house the green meadow with terrace and lovely views of Altaussee, the local mountain Loser and the surrounding mountain landscape. Via the forest and Wiesenweg you are in 3 minutes at Altausseer See.
