The cosy little appartment ist located only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Entire apartment in Black Forest!

The apartment is located on the 1st floor. My parents (Rolf & Birgit) live in the lower apartment, welcome all guests warmly and make the check-in. The accommodation can only be booked without animals. Absolute smoking ban in the house! Smoking allowed on the balcony (close the balcony door!). After consultation with my parents, the barbecue and the garden can be used. My parents are also happy about contact with the guests. In the apartment there are some board games and the like.

The "Lerchennest" is located separately on the upper floor of our rustic half-timbered house anno 1890. The small town of Aach is only a 5-minute drive from Freudenstadt and offers the ideal base for discovering the Black Forest.
