Stunning cottage with lovely sea views

Kvalitetstid med familien, eller et sted og senke skuldrene! Hytten var ny sommeren 2022. Den har alle fasiliteter og god standard. Velg hvor dere vil nyte sola, enten på terassen i andre etg eller den nydelige takterassen hvor lounge møbler og solsenger er klare til bruk. Er det veldig varmt kan dere gå en kort tur til havet eller bade på skarvann. Det finnes badebasseng (åpent kun i sommer sesongen), resturante, tennisbane, sandvollyball bane, fotballbane og lekeplas, kort avstand, ca 3 min.

Modern nordic design with idyllic and undisturbed surroundings in harmony with nature. Panoramic view over the fiord. 20 min. from Sandefjord/1,5 hour from Oslo. The beach in front is Bronnstadbukta, area with rich nature, perfect for adults and kids. Great hiking right outside the door, with numerous popular summit hikes and hiking trails. Beautiful fjord with islets and reefs if you travel by boat. Cabin also suitable for two families with 2 baths ans 4 bedrooms. PARTY IS NOT ALLOWED

Rennsunda - Sunny, wonderful view in Vegårshei

You have to drive a boat a little way to arrive at the lodge. It is located about 50 meters from the shoreline, and has excellent swimming right outside. It is no more than about 300 meters to a lovely sandy beach. It follows a small boat with the rent. The cabin has nice terrace and quite large grounds around it, and is the perfect base if you like a walk in the woods, or to fling out a fishing line to haul up some barbecue. Here you can enjoy summer days and long, light nights.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Cosy and family friendly house

Koselig hus med stor hage og uteplass. Perfekt for familier. Hagen har nedgravd trampoline, husker, fotballmål og sandkasse. I tillegg er det spisebord og sittegruppe. Dere kan gjerne bruke bålpanne og grill. Her kan dere nyte solen til siste slutt. 20 min gange til Porsgrunn sentrum (5 min i bil) og 10 minutter med bil til flere badesteder. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt dere skulle trenge. Ønsker i hovedsak å leie ut til familier.

It is charming, historic house from 1906. Here you have plenty of space of 300 sqm, and a large garden on the outside. You can use vegetables from our garden and eggs from our chickens and quails, while you stay here.
