Beautiful home in upscale Fenton, Michigan. Home was recently renovated in 2023. Open floor plan, modern kitchen with quartz counters, huge island, 2/72" televisions as well as 2 large areas for entertaining. Upscale dining is less than 10 minutes away, shopping downtown, golf out your front door, and several lakes within 5 minutes. There are 2 public sandy beaches within 10 minutes, 2 public boat launches and room in the driveway for your boat. There is a local winery right around the corner.

Take the 15steps down to the water or use the ramp. The property is beautiful and has an up north feeling with wildlife galore. Close to shopping and 20 minutes to downtown Fenton.
